Can't believe it's the financial down times - so many people went out and shopped today. Everywhere. Nordstrom Rack, Targot, malls, even Safeway... the scene today outside was just like 2 years ago before the financial crisis. Even in today's conditions (we got snow, icy rain and storms) people are still everywhere.
