Improvisation is crazy. Sometimes I just want to play and play and never could stop. Sometimes I play until I could not stand any annoying (wrong notes). But I think it's an exercise for the brain. Just go to the piano and play without any music or any idea to start with and have fun.
Ha, this is what I did today before I sleep. Tomorrow maybe I'd do a mellow one. Suggest a song name?
